Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. As a high-tech enterprise, we are dedicated to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. With a total construction area of 15,000 square meters, our company is located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway.
Established in 2016, we have a team of experienced professionals who specialize in robotics technology. We have reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University, making our AGV department and vision department the key experimental bases of Soochow University.
Our team consists of members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, led by Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University. With 19 dedicated research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection process reduced labor by about 40% and enabled online inspection, improving product quality and production efficiency.
Continuing our commitment to automation, we introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China in 2016. This further reduced labor by about 80% and greatly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. Our robot combined visual coordinate positioning, enabling automatic falling tube function on the cylinder without being affected by installation errors of the winding machine. This achieved high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department to focus on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, expected to be launched in 2021, will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
