Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. The company is a high-tech enterprise located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, with a total construction area of 15, 000 square meters.

The company was established in 2016 and has been focusing on providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry since its inception. In 2020, the company reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. The company has a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV department and vision department being the key experimental bases of Soochow University.

The company is composed of members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, Changjiang Scholars, and Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, serves as the technical consultant. The company has a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates. In 2020, the company sent 4 graduate students to Germany for training, focusing on studying magnetic levitation technology.

In 2016, the company introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China, and innovatively launched automatic inspection, reducing labor by about 40% and achieving online inspection of products, improving product quality and production efficiency. The company also introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and greatly improving per capita benefits.

In 2017, the company introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which innovatively combined with visual coordinate positioning. It can achieve automatic function of falling tube on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, and realize high-precision coordinate positioning.

In 2019, the company established the vision department and devoted itself to the research of visual detection of spandex products. This technology is currently a blank market and is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology in the future will greatly improve the quality and reputation of customers′ products.
