Additionally, we introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which further reduced labor by about 80% and significantly enhanced per capita benefits.
In 2017, we proudly introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which ingeniously combined visual coordinate positioning. This robot achieves automatic tube falling on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection for spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, which is currently non-existent in the market, is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
