Our innovative automatic inspection technology reduced labor by approximately 40% and enabled online inspection of products, thus enhancing product quality and production efficiency. We also launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which further reduced labor by about 80% and significantly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, incorporating visual coordinate positioning. This robot can automatically place the falling tube on the cylinder without being affected by the winding machine's installation error, achieving precise coordinate positioning.
