The DTY Fully Automatic Precision Cutting Machine has an installed power of 4.8KW and a main machine size of 4600*1200*1800. It is designed to cut the long blank pipes just out of the pipe winding machine and pre-dried by the dryer into the required lengths according to the process requirements.

In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. This innovation included automatic inspection, reducing labor by about 40% and enabling online inspection of products, resulting in improved product quality and production efficiency. Additionally, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, reducing labor by about 80% and significantly improving per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which combines visual coordinate positioning. This AGV robot can automatically perform tube falling on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, expected to be launched in 2021, will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
