Established in 2016, we have been committed to meeting the needs of the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we formed strategic
partnerships with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University, making our AGV department and vision department
the key experimental bases of Soochow University. Our team includes members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program
Robotics Technology Expert Group, and we are proud to have Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering at Soochow University, as our technical consultant. With 19 professional research and development personnel, including
2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative
automatic inspection process reduced labor by approximately 40%, enabling online inspection of products and enhancing both
product quality and production efficiency. Continuing our commitment to automation, we also launched the first fully automatic
paper tube integrated boxing machine in China in 2016, reducing labor by about 80% and significantly improving per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. This groundbreaking robot, combined with visual
coordinate positioning, achieves automatic tube falling on the cylinder, unaffected by the winding machine's installation error,
and provides high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established our vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This pioneering
technology will fill a gap in the market and is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology
will significantly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
