The Spiral Winding Machine is designed to roll the paper strip, cut from the original yarn tube, into the desired size of the inner and outer diameter of the paper tube. The width and number of layers of the paper strip can be adjusted according to the required specifications. Once the paper strip is automatically glued by the gluing machine, it is fed into the winding machine. The paper strips are then wound around the core rod of the determined inner diameter of the paper tube. With the help of the belt drive, the paper strips are continuously wound into the required paper tube. The automatic cutting mechanism cuts the paper tube into blanks of the required length for further processing in the pipeline.
