In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative introduction of automatic inspection reduced labor by approximately 40% and enabled online inspection of products, leading to improved product quality and production efficiency. Additionally, we introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and significantly enhancing per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which incorporates visual coordinate positioning. This innovative robot enables the automatic function of falling tubes on cylinders, regardless of the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department to focus on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This pioneering technology, currently absent from the market, is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology in the future will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
