Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV and vision departments serving as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
With a team composed of members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, we are proud to have Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, as our esteemed technical consultant. Our team includes 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany for training, focusing on magnetic levitation technology.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection process reduced labor by about 40% and enabled online inspection of products, resulting in improved product quality and production efficiency. We also launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which further reduced labor by about 80% and significantly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which seamlessly integrates with visual coordinate positioning. This robot automatically performs the falling tube function on the cylinder, unaffected by the installation error of the winding machine, and achieves high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection for spandex products. This pioneering technology, set to be launched in 2021, will fill a market gap and substantially enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
