In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Additionally, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, reducing labor by about 80% and significantly improving per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which incorporates visual coordinate positioning. This technology enables automatic falling tube function on the cylinder, unaffected by installation errors of the winding machine, and ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, set to be launched in 2021, will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
