With a dedicated research and development team, consisting of 19 professionals, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are at the forefront of innovation. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany for specialized training in magnetic levitation technology.
Our achievements speak for themselves. In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. This groundbreaking technology incorporated automatic inspection, reducing labor by approximately 40% while ensuring online product inspection, thus enhancing both product quality and production efficiency. Moreover, we pioneered the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, a revolutionary invention that further decreased labor by around 80% and significantly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, integrating visual coordinate positioning. This innovative solution enables automatic tube placement on the cylinder, unaffected by any installation errors of the winding machine, resulting in high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established our vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection for spandex products. This groundbreaking technology is currently non-existent in the market and is set to be launched in 2021. Its successful application will undoubtedly elevate the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
