To further enhance our capabilities, we have formed strategic cooperation agreements with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University in 2020. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with our AGV department and vision department serving as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
Comprised of members from the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, our team includes renowned experts such as Changjiang Scholars and Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, who serves as our technical consultant. We have a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates. In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which seamlessly integrates visual coordinate positioning. This AGV robot can automatically handle the falling tube on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department dedicated to the research of visual detection of spandex products. This pioneering technology, expected to be launched in 2021, fills a current market gap and has the potential to greatly improve the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
