Spiral Winding Machine

The Spiral Winding Machine is designed to efficiently roll paper strips into the desired size and shape of paper tubes. It is equipped with a cutting system, gluing machine, and automatic tube receiving machine to streamline the production process. The machine's advanced technology and digital control system ensure high performance, product quality, and production efficiency.

Main Configurations:

1. Winding main unit: Includes a power system with an 18.5KW frequency conversion motor, a cutting system with a single-action power cutting slide and a three-knife follow-cutting slide, and a transmission system with a German imported chain drive model.


2. Gluing machine: Equipped with an automatic gluing box and immersion-type glue tank.


3. Bottom paper oiling machine: Automatically applies oil to the paper without the need for power.


4. Automatic tube receiving machine: Automatically receives and places cut paper tubes onto the conveyor.


5. Cover paper gluing machine: Capable of single-color or dual-color one-time gluing.


6. DTY winding machine power: 13KW, main unit size: 4200*1900*1800.
