Product Description

 POY Fully Automatic Post-processing Machine

The main function of this machine is to extrude and grind the outer corners, inner corners, and end faces of the precision-cut paper tubes. It also performs slotting, pressing points, pressing lines on the slitting groove, and polishing the end faces and surfaces of special requirements paper tubes to meet the strict requirements of modern fiber spinning.

In order to meet high-quality requirements and adapt to modern factory production, all power parts of the machine are controlled by a servo system, ensuring smooth and precise movements, and guaranteeing that each processed product is free from inspection.
Various parts of the machine adopt world-first and unique designs (currently no cases of intellectual property infringement), and have obtained multiple Chinese invention patents.

Its main structure:
1. Grinding head section: adopts high-efficiency and high-precision servo motors, controlled by ball screws and linear guides to ensure movement accuracy. The paper tube clamping device also uses a servo motor to maintain constant clamping force, ensuring grinding and extrusion accuracy.
2. End polishing section: follows the same principle as the grinding head, ensuring consistent polishing effect for each paper tube.
3. Slotting section: the moving parts also use servo motors, combined with sturdy mechanical parts, ensuring zero error control of the mechanism during processing movements.
