In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, combining it with visual coordinate positioning. This breakthrough technology allows for automatic function of falling tube on the cylinder, regardless of the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department to focus on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This technology, currently a blank market, is expected to be launched in 2021. Its successful application will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
