Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the
chemical fiber industry. Located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, our high-tech
enterprise covers a total construction area of 15,000 square meters.
Established in 2016, we have been committed to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical
fiber industry. In 2020, we entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and
Technology and Soochow University. With departments specializing in machinery, AGV, vision, and software, our AGV
and vision departments serve as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
Our team includes members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group.
Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University,
serves as our technical consultant. With a dedicated research and development team of 19 professionals, including
2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we prioritize continuous learning and growth. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate
students to Germany for training, focusing on magnetic levitation technology.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our
innovative technology includes automatic inspection, reducing labor by about 40% and achieving online inspection
of products. This improves product quality and production efficiency.
We also introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China. This innovation
further reduces labor by about 80% and greatly improves per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. This robot combines with visual
coordinate positioning, enabling automatic falling tube function on the cylinder without being affected by the
installation error of the winding machine. It ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products.
This technology is currently unavailable in the market and is expected to be launched in 2021. Its successful
application will greatly improve the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
