Since our establishment in 2016, we have been dedicated to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we formed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV department and vision department serving as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
Our team includes members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group. We are proud to have Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, serving as our technical consultant. With a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Through our innovative automatic inspection technology, we reduced labor by approximately 40% and achieved online inspection of products, leading to improved product quality and production efficiency. Additionally, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and increasing per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, combining it with visual coordinate positioning. This groundbreaking technology enables automatic falling tube placement on the cylinder, free from the installation error of the winding machine, and ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department to focus on visual detection of spandex products. This technology, currently absent in the market, is expected to be launched in 2021. Its successful application will significantly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
