Spiral Winding Machine
The Spiral Winding Machine is designed to efficiently roll paper strips into the desired size and shape of paper tubes. It is equipped with a gluing machine that automatically applies adhesive to the paper strips before they are fed into the winding machine. The paper strips are then wound around a core rod to create the paper tube. The machine also features an automatic cutting mechanism that cuts the paper tube into blanks of the required length for further processing.
Our KLJG-2L-250SK model is a four-head CNC spiral winding machine that is specifically designed for synthetic fiber paper tubes. It is the first of its kind in China and has set a high standard in terms of performance, product quality, and production efficiency. The machine incorporates intelligent and digital control technology, making it suitable for modern industrial production.
Main Configurations:
- Winding main unit: Includes a power system with an 18.5KW frequency conversion motor, a cutting system with a single-action power cutting slide and a three-knife follow-cutting slide, and a transmission system with a German imported chain drive model.
- Gluing machine: Equipped with an automatic gluing box and immersion-type glue tank.
- Bottom paper oiling machine: Automatically applies oil to the bottom paper without the need for power.
- Automatic tube receiving machine: Automatically receives and places the cut paper tubes onto the conveyor.
- Cover paper gluing machine: Capable of performing single-color or dual-color one-time gluing.
