Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. Our company is located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, covering a total construction area of 15,000 square meters.
Since our establishment in 2016, we have been dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we formed strategic partnerships with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department. The AGV department and vision department serve as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
Our team includes members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, and we are honored to have Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, as our technical consultant. With a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany for training, focusing on magnetic levitation technology.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection system reduced labor by approximately 40% and enabled online inspection of products, resulting in improved product quality and production efficiency. We also launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which further reduced labor by about 80% and significantly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which combines visual coordinate positioning. This robot can automatically place the falling tube on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department to focus on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This technology is currently a blank market and is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology in the future will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
