In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection process reduced labor by about 40% and enabled online inspection of products, resulting in improved product quality and production efficiency. We also introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and significantly enhancing per capita benefits.
In 2017, we proudly introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which seamlessly integrates visual coordinate positioning. This breakthrough technology enables the automatic function of falling tube on the cylinder, unaffected by the installation error of the winding machine, and ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This pioneering technology, currently a blank market, is set to launch in 2021. Its successful application in the future will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
