In 2020, we formed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department. The AGV department and vision department serve as key experimental bases for Soochow University.

In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. This innovative solution incorporates automatic inspection, reducing labor by approximately 40% and enabling online product inspection, thereby enhancing product quality and production efficiency. We also introduced the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which further reduces labor by about 80% and significantly improves per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. This groundbreaking robot combines visual coordinate positioning, enabling automatic falling tube function on the cylinder without being affected by the winding machine's installation error, resulting in high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection for spandex products. This pioneering technology, expected to launch in 2021, fills a market void and holds the potential to greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
