Our Spiral Winding Machine is designed to create paper tubes with precision and efficiency. It gently rolls the paper strip, cut from the original yarn tube, into the desired size of the inner and outer diameter of the paper tube. The width and layers of the paper strip are customized according to your specifications. Once the paper strip is automatically glued, it is fed into the winding machine. The paper strips are carefully wound around the core rod, creating a seamless paper tube. The automatic cutting mechanism then cuts the paper tube into blanks of the required length for further processing.

In 2017, we proudly introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, combining it with visual coordinate positioning. This breakthrough technology enables automatic tube falling on the cylinder, unaffected by installation errors of the winding machine, and ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
