Base Paper Slitting Machine

This machine is used to process the paper strip required for winding paper tubes. It processes the yarn tube base paper (generally with a diameter of around 1200, a width below 1600, and a basis weight of 250-450g/m²) produced by the paper mill into a strip-shaped disc that meets the requirements of paper tube production process. It is the first production process for rolled and qualified paper tubes, and is the first equipment for ensuring quality.

Our KLFQ-1600B-SK base paper slitting machine is the earliest developed and produced low-roller surface winding type in China, with more than 20 years of production experience.
