In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which combines visual coordinate positioning. This robot achieves the automatic function of falling tube on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department and focused on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This technology, currently non-existent in the market, is expected to be launched in 2021. The successful application of this technology in the future will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
