Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. As a high-tech enterprise located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, we have a total construction area of 15,000 square meters.
Since our establishment in 2016, we have been focused on providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department. The AGV department and vision department serve as key experimental bases of Soochow University.
Our team is composed of members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group. Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, serves as our technical consultant. With a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we are committed to continuous innovation.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection process reduced labor by about 40% and enabled online inspection of products, leading to improved product quality and production efficiency. We also launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and significantly enhancing per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, combining it with visual coordinate positioning. This breakthrough technology enables the automatic function of falling tube on the cylinder, unaffected by the installation error of the winding machine, and achieving high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, dedicated to research on visual detection of spandex products. This pioneering technology, expected to be launched in 2021, fills a market gap and has the potential to greatly improve the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
