Soothing and Calm: Spiral Winding Machine
Our Spiral Winding Machine is designed to create paper tubes with precision and efficiency. It gently rolls the paper strip, cut from the original yarn tube, into the desired size of the inner and outer diameter of the paper tube. The width and number of layers of the paper strip are customized according to your specifications. Once the paper strip is automatically glued, it is fed into the winding machine.
The paper strips are carefully wound around the core rod of the determined inner diameter of the paper tube. With the help of a belt, the paper strips are continuously wound into the required paper tube. The automatic cutting mechanism then cuts the paper tube into blanks of the required length, ready for further processing in the pipeline.
