Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. As a high-tech enterprise located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, we boast a total construction area of 15,000 square meters.
Since our establishment in 2016, we have been dedicated to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we formed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company comprises a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV department and vision department serving as key experimental bases for Soochow University.
Our team consists of members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group, with the technical guidance of Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University. With a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we prioritize continuous improvement. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany for training, focusing on magnetic levitation technology.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection system reduced labor by approximately 40% and enabled online product inspection, elevating both product quality and production efficiency. Furthermore, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, which led to an additional labor reduction of about 80% and significantly improved per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, integrating it with visual coordinate positioning. This groundbreaking technology enables automatic tube falling on the cylinder, independent of the winding machine's installation error, and ensures high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This technology, currently untapped in the market, is set to be launched in 2021. Its successful application will greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
