Additionally, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and significantly enhancing per capita benefits.
In 2017, we revolutionized the industry with the introduction of the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. Through the integration of visual coordinate positioning, this AGV robot offers automatic functionality for falling tube placement on the cylinder, independent of any installation errors from the winding machine. This ensures high-precision coordinate positioning and streamlines operations.
In 2019, we established our vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection for spandex products.
