Product Description

 POY Dryer

The function of this machine is to dry and dehydrate the long pipes of the coil just out of the pipe winding machine, so that the moisture content in the paper tube meets the requirements of the product process.

This machine consists of the following parts:
1. Feeding conveyor section: Transfers the pipes just out of the pipe winding machine to the dryer.
2. Pre-drying section: Low-temperature preheating and shaping of the paper tubes conveyed by the conveyor.
3. Main drying section: High-temperature drying and dehydration of the preheated and shaped paper tubes.
4. Cooling section: Forced cooling of the pipes just out of the high-temperature zone, and removal of moisture again.
5. Outlet conveyor section: Transfers the cooled paper tubes to the post-processing precision cutting machine. The heat source of this machine can be electric energy or the thermal energy generated by natural gas combustion.
To achieve full automation of the process, it adopts an intelligent control system that can adjust the speed, temperature of the heat energy, and moisture content of the paper tubes in real-time and automatically.
