Since our establishment in 2016, we have been dedicated to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of a machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV department and vision department serving as the key experimental bases of Soochow University.
We are proud to have members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group in our team. Additionally, Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, serves as our technical consultant. With a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates, we constantly strive for innovation and excellence. In fact, in 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany to specialize in magnetic levitation technology.
Our achievements speak for themselves. In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. With the innovative addition of automatic inspection, we reduced labor by about 40% and achieved online inspection of products, resulting in improved product quality and production efficiency. Furthermore, we launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, reducing labor by approximately 80% and significantly improving per capita benefits.
Continuing our commitment to innovation, in 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China. This robot ingeniously combines visual coordinate positioning, enabling automatic tube falling on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine. The result is high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, expected to be launched in 2021, will fill a market gap and greatly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
